Alexander Putin is a young 14 year old storm rider, he is the Rumble King of the Over Road. He is a King class rider and is a member of the Ketsueki Kiba.
Personality[]
Chopper is naïve and extremely timid towards unfamiliar people, often acting like a child because he does not know any better. Like Tezuka, he is easily impressed at things like beams, cannons and hidden abilities. However he is a loyal friend and will stand up for his friends, even if it means taking a beating from someone.
Appearance[]
He wears a red jacket, with green goggles, a yellow and blue belt and navy trousers. He has reddish brown hair and blue eyes, he has a necklace on him almost all the time.

Road[]
The Over Road is a primarily defensive type road that is created from destroying the roads of others. The road is derived from the principle of the windmill theory in that it compresses wind to form walls of air. Its strength grows with the strength of the wind it faces, as a strong wind can be compressed even further.
AT's and Abilities[]
Ram Jet is the Rumble Regalia, and its Infinity Atmosphere is Infinity Track. Its core is a turbine chamber into which air is forced, compressed and heated into supercritical fluid, increasing its destructive capabilities. Alexander wears this AT.
His R.E.A.D level is 132, the lowest on his team.
Tricks[]
Wind Absorption - By activating the Rumble Regalia with a high-speed kick, Alexander can absorb an enemy's wind-based technique and use its power for his own purposes.
Rumble Wall - By releasing absorbed air along with the heat from his wheels, Alexander creates walls of air that can block attacks and push enemies away. Proportionately larger and stronger walls are even capable of repelling solid projectiles.
Air Funnel - Alexander absorbs air and the air is forced through a air funnel pipe, he then releases the wind as a miniature tornado.
Mirror Pressure - By hiding in reflections generated through 'optical phase conjugation', Alexander is able to hide from his enemies and deliver attacks matching any damage these mirror receive.
Wind Lens - Alexander projects powerful, surreal illusion using a huge lens of wind. He can also clone himself, and attack amongst the clone illusions, create numerous monster to frighten his opponents or hide in the chaos.
Sickle Weasel - Alexander absorbs air and then refracts it, then he releases it as a gust of powerful slicing winds.
